Location: Noida (Work from office) Responsibilities of an Account Manager: Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns. Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions. Engage daily with clients and follow up with all prospects. Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behaviour to develop infallible marketing strategies. What we look for in an Account manager: Bachelor\'s degree required. 2-4 years of experience in account management. Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities. Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills. Ability to anticipate customers\' needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
