  • Market penetration and expansion of Online Licensed Journals, Online Books, Digital Archives, Current Protocols, Journal Backfiles & other online products amongst Library customers
  • Focussed penetration on defined territory: Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir
  • Execution and implementation of sales strategies and operational plans to achieve goals for revenues, profitability, business growth, and optimum market position.
  • Reporting on timely basis.
  • License negotiations and take a direct role in managing customers, while expanding the base in North India region.
  • Individual contribution role for the sole purpose of enhancing business opportunities across the assigned region with the overall objective of leading to growth in revenue from New Business. Extensive regional travelling is required to enhance coverage & creation of new business opportunities.
  • Optimize revenue growth, profitability and market position for journals subscriptions business, Online Books, and other online products.
  • Establish Wiley Online Library, its products, and services, as a valued brand by its customers; maximize market perception of Wiley Online Library and Wiley as a leading-edge internet information service provider. Maximize effectiveness of sales efforts resulting in revenue growth/ goal attainment.
  • Optimize use of Wiley Online Library as a platform for increasing direct contact with customers; utilize knowledge of customer needs and usage to inform product and sales model development. Inform critical business decisions with perceptive analysis of customer data.
  • Maximize sales and meet or exceed revenue objectives
We are looking for people
  • Graduate or degree, preferably in Business or Management/ Management from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in selling digital products like E-journals and E-books.
  • Basic understanding of Digital and how technology is a key enabler for education.
