As part of the Account Management Department, you play a central role in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your account(s). The role is primarily for handling digital properties for the assigned brands - websites, apps or any other technology solution. You will be required to lead your team and assist your manager by managing projects from brief to final delivery, on time and budget. You will need to be client focused and able to demonstrate good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.

  • Client | Partner with Account Leadership to oversee the translation of our clients\' vision into a roadmap to achieve their goals. You\'ll be the point person for assigned clients.
  • Act as a brand QC/Guardian - always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
  • Organize | Develop well-written project briefs and workback schedules. Document all client and agency meetings.
  • A strong business acumen along with Tech Platform understanding & ability to closely work along with multiple teams.
  • Create required documentation both internally & externally
  • Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
  • Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes
  • Build strong day to day relationships with all clients and agency stakeholders - communication is key Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers\' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers\' accounts
Qualifications

Job Requirements
  • Graduate with 3-4 years of experience; experience in digital or marketing is good to have and not an absolute mandate
  • Experience in coordinating tech platforms (websites / Apps) in close sync with multiple teams like Tech , GA, SEO, Creative , Copy , UX , UI & Others
  • Proven track record to analyze and implement business solutions
  • Has displayed skills around working on various tech platforms (only from knowledge perspective)
  • Preferably has the opportunity to handle projects across various sectors
  • Fluent oral and written English skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive Experience of running a strong dynamic account team
  • Resourceful problem-solver and critical thinker.
  • Flexible & Agile
  • Ability to Mentor Executive & Sr. Executive Level
