Account Manager
Job Description
Brief Profile:-
1. Ensure proper accounting of all the Plant level transactions, month end provisioning and
timely monthly/quarterly closing and annual finalization of accounts.
2. Monthly preparation of Operational Finance Report & its Analysis and reason for variation.
3. Product Costing and preparation of monthly SKU wise contribution
4. Preparation of Daily MIS and Daily report of Plant and circulate the same to Management
with variance analysis.
5. Ensure proper accounting of Store: - Fortnightly Analysis: Consumption Vs Production and
Physical Verification of stock
6. Reviewing and evaluating cost reduction opportunities
7. Providing requisite information to Statutory and Internal Auditor for timely closure of audit
8. Preparation of Monthly rolling Forecast and Annual Operational Plan
9. Inventory Control Management with action on slow and non-moving inventory
10. Ensure proper implementation of SOP and controls
Location : The above position is based out of Karnal plant.
