Job Description
Most preferrable in Real Estate and Construction Field GST:Complete knowledge of GST - Raising Invoice, Calculate of GST payable , Checking Input Tax Credit , Preparation of Final Computation and Filing of GST Return. Reconciliation of GSTR-2A. Communicating with Consultant for resolving discrepancies in GST also assist in Department Audit. TDS:Knowledge of TDS compliance,Filing of TDS Return and filing rectification / revised return as per notice. Payment of TDS on sale of property. ROC:Coordination with Company Secretary for ROC Annual filing and maintaining mandatory Records as compliance of ROC. Project Maintenance Account:Preparation of Surplus/Deficit Statement for maintenance receipts and expenses for the applicable period. Trading Account: Capable for handling the trading account , performing day to day transaction, updating ledgers, processing the payment, filing of vouchers and bills , Stock Checking and preparation of Final Trading , Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
