Experience: 6 to 8 years/Min 2years as an Account Manager.

Education: Bcom/Mcom

Responsibilities:

• Closely Monitoring team to ensure the day-to-day activities are updated
• Monitoring daily stock tracking, daily invoices, Vendors payment and follow up of Receivables.
• Providing approvals for dispatches after checking the payments and any other issues with customer.
• Preparing MIS in terms of monthly cash flow, Profit and Loss account and other information as required by Management.
• Planning and Preparation of weekly payment schedules.
• Preparation of Monthly cost sheet.
• Co-ordinating with CA for accounting challenges/statutory compliances.
• Preparation, posting and disbursement of Salaries and disbursement of PF, ESI & PT in co-ordination with HR and consultant.
• Maintaining ROC documents.
• Monitoring & Filling of monthly GST Returns.
• Monitoring, preparation and Filling of TDS payments and returns.
• Discussing and providing useful information to management.
• Assisting in Administrative and HR Activities.
• Coordination with Sales Head and Team wrt order status, Tgt vs Ach, collections and any other information related to sales and customer.
• Coordination with bottler wrt production planning, product issues (if any) availability of raw material Ect.
• Monitoring and planning of Procurement in association with stores in charge.
• Monitoring logistics operations in terms of dispatches, pricing, and any other issues with transporter.
• Preparation of final accounts.
• Looking after branch wrt operations, collections, production etc.
• Registrations and renewals.
