The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing revenue and sales, and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and will be the face of the organization for their clients. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks under tight deadlines and pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of data analytics, CRM tools and techniques, and market research. Passion for customer service and sales, and a creative approach to problem solving. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the plastic packaging industry is a plus.
