Service Competence description The service to be provided is focused on Identity Management 2nd/3rd line support at Siemens. To achieve this, Siemens expects the following competences to be available at the service provider: Manages and supervises systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions, providing incident and problem management support. Act as a single point of contact enabling the end-to-end customer experience and providing 2nd/3rd line Support for Siemens DirX service within Digital People Solutions. Proactively working with technology and product managers to identify potential issues and ensures effective resolution. Enabler of critical service developments and integrations within DirX, ensuring that all customer demands and actions are accurately detailed, as well improving existing operational processes. Support development topics on the integration and update of existing/new solutions within DirX Support on Go-Live implementations, both on production environments & testing platforms, providing feedback of issues and proactive log & error analysis. Knowledge transfer inside the team regarding the applications and support activities (e.g. creation of documentation & use-cases). To deliver the above competences, Siemens considers relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering: Fluent in English - written & spoken (mandatory). Proactive and Agile mentality. Experience in Identity Management and/or Access Management support. Experience in Help Desk / Service & Application Support. Experience in provider-based services is a plus IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus. Good problem solving and research skills (including log analysis, issue documentation & data cross-check between platforms) Good experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to create a collaborative environment and deliver a consensus agreement with customers. Experience with ticketing/incident tools. Experience in batch file handling/massive migrations is a plus. Java/html & webservice skills are a plus. Experience/Knowledge on Identity Management solutions or DirX Identity is a plus. Good understanding of data security, application security, identity & access management. Siemens gives preference to providers that also demonstrate competences in: RH solutions Consultants to be assigned to the service by provider should have advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and good negotiation skills. It is mandatory for consultants to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
