  • Work with a variety of different clients and end-users providing service that is friendly, fast, and efficient through phone and Internet.
  • Answer phone calls/emails from end-users to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 & 2 technical support issues.
  • Work with a ticketing system to document, prioritize and resolve support requests.
  • Multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues, and comfortably navigate an environment of Windows, Mac OSX, Servers, and Mobile Devices.
  • Work accurately in a fast-paced, hectic, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Perform new account creation and account change requests for emails, active directory, and remote desktop users.
  • Work alongside an elite group of technicians and administrators all focused on supporting our customers by meeting their technological needs.
  • Work remotely in the comfort of your home.
  • Ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction through ownership, resolution, and appropriate escalation of issues and support tickets. Provide strong technical resources and senior escalation points for numerous technologies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, email, text, or chat
  • At least two years of technical support/help desk experience
  • Resourceful, can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • A stable and fast Internet connection from home that can support VoIP
  • High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of technical support/help desk experience
  • A.S. in computer science or higher
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows Server and Workstations environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, remote desktop, anti-malware, firewalls, ISP routers, and VPN.
  • Experience with remote control tools and systems
