What is this role all about? :

- We are looking for a T-shaped person who is passionate about product management. As a member of the ZoomRx Product Team, you will be working closely with Product Manager on the current product line while building new product lines. By working in close collaboration with our Technical, Consulting, Community and New Product teams, you will have a chance to shape the future of ZoomRx from the product angle.

- This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about product management and innovation, want to learn/un-learn quickly and deliver quality products using cutting-edge technology.

- In this role, you will love to work with multiple teams and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, and you take more enjoyment from solving problems than what your friends think is normal.

What does your day look like? :

- Work closely with Product Leadership for helping to build innovative solutions.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Consulting, Community, Design and other New Product teams on the design, development, QA, release and usage to ensure success for the organization

- Analyze stakeholder needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

- Develop, implement, and maintain clear production timelines across departments

- Own the acceptance testing in product development life cycle.

- Own the development for feature documentation and enablement sessions for end users

- Design and define experiments, and metrics to measure effectiveness of new features.

- Understand end users pain points and solve it by innovating products.

What do we look for in you? :

- 4-5 years' experience in a Product based company, in a product management role

- High-growth mindset with relevant academic and career profile.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment and open for steep learning curve.

- Experience of working in agile framework at a product-based startup.

- Experience in writing requirements/specifications for product features.

- Advanced level of proficiency in MySQL and MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

- Entrepreneurial attitude of getting things done with collaborations.
