Roles and Responsibilities
- Frontline Manger onboarding & Success.
- Implementation of Training Related Initiatives.
- New Agent Recruitment, Funnel Management & Productivity.
- Governance around Target Achievement with Input Management.
- Setting up Governance Rhythm on various level in Zone and Auditing the execution level.
- Execution of Initiative/Innovations in the Zone as per requirement.
- Developing Variable Agency Channel Partners in the Zone
- Managing and resolving Variable Agency Partners related Queries and concern.
- Active participation in Strategizing, implementing, front ending HO queries for the Zone and ask.
- Analyzing data point for key parameters impacting business for corrections.
Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with experience with minimum 10 Years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Development and Agency Training. Prophecy in Data Analysis, Good command on usage of Excel, Power Point & Various Digital Platform etc. Candidate should be ready to travel extensively all over Eastern States.
