About Our Client
Our client is a leading major in telecommunications looking to build on their zonal circles. This is a sales leadership profile that would oversee the P&L of the entire portfolio as well as the team and activations for the region.
The incumbent would report into the Circle Head and be responsible to:
Design, plan and implement all store related activities to ensure revenue growth
Review retail channel health & take necessary actions to drive width, depth and quality of channel
Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, NPS & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
Coordinate & plan with the deployment team
Ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on complaints
Custodian of overall business and connectivity of the zone
Cascade / governance with the direct/indirect teams
To have minimum attrition and maximum engagement scores
Provide leadership pipeline at a national level
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:1. 5+ years of sales/trade marketing experience
2. An MBA from a premier institute
3. Exposure to FMCG/retail/durables market
