Graduate / Post Graduate in Management and/or Science stream. 2. He / She must be experienced Sales professional having handled team of executives and distributors. 3. Previous experience in handling similar products preferred but may not be essential. 4. He / She Must possess willingness to study and learn new technologies and products. 5. He / She must be a Sales performer with excellent track records of achievements. 6. Strong Analytical Skill, Stability, disciplined, organised, taskmaster and a team player are the minimum qualities expected from the candidate. 7. Dedication and Integrity are non-compromised requirements from the candidate. Brief

• To achieve given sales objectives.
• To identify, develop and coordinate marketing activities for promoting products assigned.
• Regular analysis of the market and monitoring of market trend and actively participate in strategy planning and execution.
• Supervise, maintain and expand team of sales executives (If team leader)
• Responsible for the training and growth of team mates.
• To ensure efficient and cost-efficient sales activities.
• Initiate market research studies and analyse the market findings to achieve given sales objectives (Product wise, Accounts /Customer wise).
• Efficient customer coverage and market penetration.
• To appoint distributor and supervise/monitor/motivate them for efficient territory coverage & inventory management.
• Acquire and impart training on the product promotion.
• Willing to travel extensively with focus on productive output.
• An efficient link between the Customer & Company..

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9750,000.00 per year Benefits:
