Roles and Responsibilities Zonal Profitability and operations:Overall managing a portfolio Regional offices operating in Jharkhand (Ranchi & Dhanbad) & Bihar (Patna, Purnea, Chhapra &Darbhanga)
:Ensuring profitability of all regional business centers through group & bazaar loan. Effective cross-sell of Micro-insurance products & commodity products through easy EMI Alignment of region with stated target set for Quarter/ Year (region consist of 30-35 branches) Ensuring effective standard are met at Regional level 100% resolution of customer queries and grievances within TAT Ensuring quality portfolio with 100% OTRR Developing strategy and execution for same to address the crisis in across zone. #Branch Expansion: Establishment of new Branches in Bihar & Jharkhand: Feasibility of branch location by the concerned Area Manager & providing approval based on branch suitability report and Risk Report, based on Pin Code risk report.
