Achieving Business targets and Collection targets in Construction Equipment and Commercial Vehicle Finance (CE, HCV, LCV, ICV, SCV)
Maintain Book Size Balance and good portfolio in terms of Product like HCVs, LCVs, ICVs, SCVs and Construction Equipment loans.
Procuring, developing and maintaining the Credit worthy customers.
Identifying potential markets in terms of new and used asset finance.
Developing and maintaining good relationship with Dealers and Dealer Sales personnel by promoting their products with attractive business schemes and business incentives.
Participating and implementing the Sales promotional activities.
Following up the feedback of customers for identifying and developing new business techniques.
Achieving the collection targets and maintaining the good portfolio for keeping up the future business and Controlling on the branch activities regarding APD and Backup files.
