Job Specification:
- Graduate + PG with experience in Healthcare/ Pharma industry.
- Experience required: 10 to 12 years Pharma (Pharmaceutical) Sales Industry.
- Atleast one or two year of hands on experience will be must with Dermatology/ Cosmetics Experience.
- Proven work experience as a Zonal Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
- Coordinates with marketing for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication negotiations and presentation skills
- Strong market knowledge and P&L understanding
- Ability to connect, network, and influence key customers/ stakeholders
- Sound understanding of legal drafting (prepare & sign contracts)
- Capability to serve as primary liaison with partners
- Analytical and Self-driven
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
