Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue and new acquisitions with MFIs and NBFCs.They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Looking for some one from the Bank assurance segment.

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.

- Must have work experience in MFI\'s and NBFC\'s

- Support the learning and development of the sales team.

- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads.

- Track and report all sales activities.

- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.

- Should have experience or knowledge in Insurance products in healthcare services.

- The Zonal Sales Manager should be responsible for over seeing the daily and long-term operations of a company\'s branch across a geographic region.

- Creating zonal sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Oversee product demand and supply in accordance with regional needs.

- Plan and execute training among staff members and management. Oversee sales and special promotions.

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.

- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.

- Suggest new services/ products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
