Job Description
- Running sales hurdles on a regular basis as required by the company.
- Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.
- Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants
- Arranging promotional activities for channel partners to enhance sales.
- Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to the sign-up of a new franchise.
- Approach prospects and close deals individually, apart from the team management.
- Commitment of monthly & quarterly franchise recruitment target for self & team and go all out to reach them.
