Our client leader in Service Sector and play important role in connecting commerce and facilitate the flow of money across the economy through their strong Supply Chain Logistic Network .

We are searching for Zonal Manager Business Operation with P&L responsibility and who can handle large work force of 5k to 8 k of Zone with team of 12 to 14 direct reportees .

Zonal Manager will be responsible for 7 states in North India (Excluding Delhi and UP)

Role Title : Zonal Manager Business Operations

Location : Chandigarh

Experience : 14 to 18 years

Age : Below 42 .

Qualification :MBA . Post graduate from a premier institute with a minimum of 15 years of full-time experience of leading ground operations at a large scale organization.

- Provide cost and business leadership for smooth zone operations.

- Effectively strategizing & leading Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization for the zone.

- Identifying & controlling risk factors during operations - analyzing operations carried out with proper infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc.

- Effectively lead process related improvements .Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high client satisfaction levels while maintaining a reasonable cost structure.

- Conduct Regular Audits - Keeping close watch on process adherence & conducts surprise audits

Desirable Competencies:

- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to positively influence behaviors and outcomes; guide and influence leadership & manage large teams.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize

- Having keen analytical & Problem Solving skills
