Senior Analytics Manager - Loyalty & Growth

Your Role:

- As part of the Growth & loyalty team, a pivotal role in leveraging data insights to maximize the impact of our Loyalty program. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategies that enhance user adoption, retention, and overall growth of our loyalty program. If you enjoy leveraging data for creative problem-solving, this role would be a great fit for you.

- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy development for the Loyalty and Subscription programs.

- Develop and refine customer segmentation models specifically tailored for our Loyalty program, enabling personalized rewards and benefits.

- Design and maintain customer cohorts for the Loyalty program to track user behavior and program effectiveness over time.

- Analyze cohort data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cohort-specific improvements.

- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments related to the Loyalty program to optimize program features, rewards, and communication strategies.

- Analyze subscription trends, including churn rates, subscription growth, and customer preferences.

- Assess the success of campaigns related to the Loyalty and Subscription program, tracking conversion rates, ROI, and user engagement.

- A constant hunger to derive insights from data. Extreme user-centricity and solid logical thinking

What We\'re Looking For:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions.

- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
