Job Description

As a key member of our Human Resources department you will provide training and development support for the employees across the different teams within the organization. This role will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of training programs, courses and business development needs for all business units/departments of Z1 Media.

What You Will Do:

I. Training Needs Analysis

1. Consult with and support business units/departments and Human Resources to identify, plan and implement resource selection, training and development requirements as driven by the strategic performance needs of the organization.

2. Work with the leadership team to define performance requirements and identify training and development needs.

II. Design and Development of Content:

1. Research, design, implement and maintain standardized, comprehensive training and development programs and documentation based on identified organizational and affiliate needs, changes in culture, products, procedures and services.

2. Design, develop and instruct curricula (classroom/ or On-the-Job (OJT)/Mentorship) utilizing instructional design techniques, including use of learning objectives, lesson plans, teaching aids and assessment materials.

III. Organization and Implementation of Training Schedules

1. Maintain a training inventory, schedule courses, and develop course outlines, manuals, training aids and documentation in conjunction with curriculum designers.

2. Administer and maintain various contracts and programs from outside training service providers.

IV. Delivery of Training

1.Provide training to all levels of the organizations well as external learners as identified and requested by the training team.

2. Negotiate training programs, source materials and delivery methods.

3. Identify, develop and monitor resources required to assist in the classroom and/or on-the-job training process.

V. Measurement of Training Effectiveness/Evaluation

1. Analyze performance measures in order to identify training opportunities and to assess the impact of training.

2. Analyze measures of performance (MOPs) relevant to the area of specialization, root cause and determine if relevant training interventions are necessary

3. Assist in the development and implementation of applicable training effectiveness methods such as evaluation, validation and cost benefit analysis in order to set and meet training performance goals.

Skills and Experience:

- Around five years' experience in a training role, identifying, developing, implementing, sourcing and delivering training preferably from IT/ITES or other relevant industry

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline.

- Experience in design, delivery and implementation of Leadership and professional development programs

- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and other training and presentation software programs or applications

- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and collaborate with all levels of the organization

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with minimum supervision and possess initiative to seek improvements

- Motivated self-starter with capabilities to work within a fast-paced team oriented environment
