Job Description

We are looking for a person with experience in building an organization, building systems for scale, leading high growth organizations and developing a high-performance culture. We want someone who knows how to move fast and break things, someone who can bring order to the chaos and not get overwhelmed by it.

We are looking for a Senior Manager - PR, who will take complete ownership of branding, PR, communication and events & build a high performing brand as we continue to rapidly grow our team.

What will you do as a Senior Manager - PR:

- Maintain relations with Media Houses & Publications

- Manage media inquiries and interview requests

- Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations

- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis

- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis

- Communicate our brand mission across online and offline platforms

- Help in defining the brand positioning and marketing strategy

- Manage community and communication across all relevant social media across platforms

- Create original content & blogs for social media campaigns

- Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization

- Leading the on-ground event execution - dealing with all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring procurement of all items within defined timelines

- Manage brand appearance at relevant events

What are we looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications or similar is preferred, a masters is a plus.

- 5+ Years of experience in PR & Branding

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills

- Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

- Established network of key industry players such as press, media, editors, VIPs, influencers etc.

- Proven experience delivering successful PR campaigns at a local and global level.

- Excellent, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong interest and understanding for diversity, inclusivity, media news, tech and innovation

- Cultural sensitivity and a flexible mindset: at ease with changes, new ways of thinking and working
