AVP - Operations

We are looking for a person with experience in building an organization, building systems for scale, leading high growth organizations and developing a high-performance culture. We want someone who knows how to move fast and break things, someone who can bring order to the chaos and not get overwhelmed by it.

The AVP - Operations will ensure tight alignment between Z1 Media's culture, people, systems and product. He/She would be responsible to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and product delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily operations of the company (Human Resources, Operations & Strategy)

- Provide Strategic leadership to the company

- Take care of the overall Strategy and Business Plan to drive the top line as well as the bottom line

- Achieve the annual business volumes for the business & manage relationships with partners

- Building a strong foundation of systems and processes for organizational efficiency

- Business risk identification and mitigation

- Overall executive management of the company as part of the executive management team

Requirements :

- 12 - 15 years of executive experience

- Strategic planning and business development experience

- Led cross-functional teams in a SaaS based environment

- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
