Ensure correct on-boarding of retail shops and kirana stores.
Train and support retail shops and kirana stores to use Ninjacart mobile app
Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries
Pitch about Ninjacart to retail shops and kirana stores and make them join the platform
Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work across the assigned cluster
Education
10th pass mandatory
Experience
Freshers as Sales / Business Developmentmandatory
Freshers to candidates with 9 years of experience in field sales can apply
No one from counter sales or showroom sales
