As a key member of the Informatics team, you will make significant contributions in managing and maintaining Informatics products, and provide leadership to influence business decisions and drive transformational product and process innovation. Develop, execute and document plans to test system modifications and/or data integrity as a role in change control processes within planned projects or problem resolution activities. Develop and maintain technical and user documentation. Conduct thorough system analysis and / or comprehensive software/systems programming. Track, monitor, enforce and report on operational metrics, SLAs applicable to incidents, service requests, problem tickets and other adhoc requests to meet Client\'s as well as LabCorp\'s performance criteria. Put forward solutions that meaningfully improve operational efficiency, data quality and patient safety in clinical trials. Manage and resolve problem tickets for assigned applications within designated performance metrics and in accordance with all applicable SOPs, team processes and management guidelines. Provide off-hours and / or escalated support through participation in rotating pager coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This position may also interact with external vendors which Labcorp has contracted with for support of our packaged applications. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, life sciences, or a related discipline. 7+ years at least 5+ years of which should be in development, validation and support teams supporting enterprise-grade IT systems preferably in pharmaceutical/CRO industry Solid understanding of clinical research, electronic data collection in clinical trials, clinical data management, and risk-based monitoring Strong programming skills including SQL, ETLs Strong understanding of relational databases and excellent working knowledge of SQL Proven track record of working with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver on commitments Proven ability to lead people and projects with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and verbal presentation. Willingness to work on challenging but also practical problems. Obsessive attention to detail, passion for the end-user experience. Ability to grow and develop a team and effectively manage team performance. Humility, team spirit, and a constructive, enabling and nurturing personality.
