Hi, We do have excellent openings for customer support - Team Lead Location : Vanagaram Female candidates Main Purpose To manage Customer Service team as per SOP & organization objectives by providing end to end service to customer and supporting sales team in sales revenue generation in consultation with Direct reporting Manager and with other heads of related departments. Maintain cross functional relationship across different function.
- Provide management with market and industry intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of ERP with respect to customer service function.
- Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism.
- Ability to manage diversified team and operate at several levels within an organization and at varied
- Mature judgment to identify and analyze problem and implement solutions.
