We've envisioned a 2-year learning journey based on eLearning, live classrooms, coaching and hands on experience that will introduce you to the A,B,C of Workforce Management. Program content Duration of the program: 24 months Full-time position 3 job assignments in the WFM department, as follows: Traffic Analyst (6 months) Scheduler (6 months) Workforce Management Planner (9 months) Global program Clear career path Exposure to an international network of WFM experts A well-curated professional and personal development journey Positions based in India, Philippines, Romania Beginning date: 31st of October 2022 Who you are: Bachelor's Degree: Business Information Management, Economics, Logistics, Finance, Statistics, Programming or Mathematics Outstanding academic record Practical experience through internships, volunteer work or university projects. Basic computer skills and elementary proficiency and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows/Mac OS X Fluent in English, an additional language would be an asset Advanced proficiency of mathematical and analytical skills Ability to focus on performance and results and to act accordingly Effective communication Good problem-solving skills Strong learning mentality Open to change and to feedback Ability to work remotely: tech-savvy, well organized, good time management and collaboration skills By the end of the 2-year adventure you will have gained solid expertise in Workforce Management and the soft skills to be able to tackle future career challenges that comes your way.
