Title: Business Management Analyst

Location: NKP, Mumbai

Note:

Description:

At the heart of Client is the Corporate Bank, a market leader in cash management, trade finance, lending, trust and agency services and securities services, as well as risk management for foreign exchange and interest rates.

Securities Services (SeS) provides custody, clearing, settlement and fund services to global custodians, broker dealers, and prime brokers as well as buy-side firms and other institutional clients.

The SeS Business Management Team (BM Team) are looking to hire an individual to manage for Know Your Customer (KYC) and client perimeter activities globally. The successful candidate will join an existing team based out of India, Berlin, and London. They will be responsible for ensuring the team is successful in delivering against both internal and external deadlines relating to Know Your Client (KYC) or Anti Money Laundering (AML).

He / She will be responsible for escalations to senior management as well as providing regular management information updates to the global, and regional heads of the business.

The individual will represent Securities Services on global forums and will support delivery / roll out of tactical or strategic changes which impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Business support - coordination

• Ensure KYC related targets for each SeS client are completed within deadline and extend any support Accountable Client Owners (ACOs) / Business / Client Life Cycle Management (CLM) requires resolving gaps / delays.
• Aim to ensure all required KYC Regulatory requirements for new and existing clients are met.
• Liaise with internal services teams, and operations as necessary as part of the KYC process to ensure queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner as well as completing working to very tight deadlines.
• Oversight and monitoring of Regular Reviews, working closely with infrastructure partners, and assisting ACOs to complete their reviews.
• Monitor various on-boarding applications to track progress.

Presentations and MIS (PPT and Excel)

• Help and assist with management presentations and MIS interfacing with other teams and systems.
• Assist in identifying strategic initiatives in response to business requirements.

Your experience and skills:

• Desired background: Graduate with 2 - 5 years of experience in Financial Services
• Experience of working with global stakeholders and global teams
• Proficiency in other MS office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Readiness and ability to learn \xe2\x80\x9con the job\xe2\x80\x9d, to deep-dive independently and transfer learnings to related processes/cases including evaluation of possible variations.
• Willingness to be flexible, to meet changing work priorities and tasks, with an ability to manage a high workload.
• Able to work independently and plan efficiently to meet work deadlines.
• An eye for detail, identify data discrepancies and exceptional problem-solving skills.
