JD: - Manhattan WMS L2 support Functional consultant/Analyst \xc2\xb7 Over 7+ years of Production /Support experience in WMS/OMS \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 4+ Years\' experience as L2 support analyst in Manhattan WMS /OMS system. \xc2\xb7 Well versed and hands-on in using WMS Configuration, In-build Processes like Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Order Management. \xc2\xb7 Hands On experience on Manhattan WMS, OMS Analyst/consultant primarily be responsible for handing day to day functional WMS/End to end issues \xc2\xb7 Should have hands On experience on SQL - Writing Simple SP, Triggers, Joins etc . Used XML files extensively for integration validation and input checks. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in and enjoy fast paced environment and willing to take the ownership. \xc2\xb7 Detail oriented, very responsive and committed to quality Independent, Self-starter and needs minimum guidance. \xc2\xb7 Should be working as an Individual contributor, take the ownership to maintain and support the applications and come up with the innovative thoughts on improving the existing applications \xc2\xb7 Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate \xc2\xb7 Comfortable with working in US time zone(CST). \xc2\xb7 Experience in using any support ticket management tool and generate reports, metrics based on the project SLAs. \xc2\xb7 Work directly with client team to get tasks assignment, follow project defined process without any slippage.
