About the role: The D365 F&O Center of Excellence is looking for an experience D365 F&O techno-functional consultant to work closely with the US based functional experts, business users and the India based D365 technical consultants. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with functional SMEs, IT and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure, customize and implement Dynamics 365 F&O manufacturing module to meet business needs. - Develop technical solutions and provide support for the manufacturing module in Dynamics 365 F&O. - Implement best practices for Retail F&O including DOM, POS, WMS and Inventory. - Participate in testing, training and support activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of MS D365 F&O. - Provide expert advice and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 F&O. Skills Required: - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. - At least 6-8 years of experience in implementing and customizing D365 F&O preferably in Retail - Strong knowledge of POS, DOM, Inventory and Warehouse Management - Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O data models, configuration, and customization. - Experience with Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with functional teams, provide expert advice and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, and participate in testing, training, and support activities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Retail domain experience is prefered. - Analytical and Problem-solving skills required. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and implement best practices for retail - DOM, POS, inventory, management, and WMS.
