The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex Functional designs within the team, and able to guide the team to achieve project goals. You are required to have skills in the following areas: A minimum of 7+ years of overall experience in AX Dynamics 2012 & Dynamics 365 F&O SCM is required. Hands-on experience in Configurations of AX Dynamics 2012 F&O SCM, T&L functionality is required. Should have done at-least 3 to 4 full size implementations. Should have experience inF&O SCM in Modules like Procurement & sourcing, Sales & distribution, Inventory & warehouse Management, Manufacturing / Production Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills, Team Player, Excellent Client Handling, Flexible, Able to work in multiple Shifts, Willingness to Travel. Experience in implementing Dynamics 365 for finance & operations. Ability to understand, communicate, interpret corporate SCM processes and requirements. Exposure to other modules such as Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, AP, AR, Master Planning desired. Experience in India Localization with GST will be added an advantage Ability/Experience to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Experience and/or ability to document business processes. Responsibilities : To Work as SCMBusiness Consultant on the assigned engagement. Present Conference Room Pilot showing Dynamics 365 F&O fit to the Retail customers organization. Advise customer organization on SCM Processes & Controls. Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents. Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans. Store Roll-Out execution. Provide pre go live and post go live end user support.
