Senior Manager - PMO (India) - Partially Remote (New Delhi / Bangalore) If you are ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player and interested in growing your career with a start-up business, please read through the job details. The role presents a unique opportunity to support our company\'s expansion into the Indian market and to build, direct and oversee the PMO, Program Management Office in India. In this role, you will consistently and effectively communicate with senior members of management, and others, regarding the India business strategies, resources, timelines, etc. You will be at the center of orchestrating various critical initiatives and cross-functional strategic initiatives required to increase revenue and maintain a healthy margin. The PMO Lead will shape the critical function while overseeing the delivery of corporate strategy and transformation programmes. Job Responsibilities: - Set up and drive program management functions including meeting leadership, deliverable tracking, reporting, escalation management, issue resolution, and others. - Provide leadership in connecting the dots amongst the different business units. Recognize gaps and work with teams to fill them. - Create an enterprise view of all changes being undertaken in the Business to understand the key dependencies, resourcing implications, capacity constraints, priorities and its alignment to our strategic goals - Oversee the identification, compilation, reporting and analysis of key cross-functional program information across the portfolio, programs, and functions - Build and foster a culture of data-driven program management, excellence and exceptional execution. - Generating decision making frameworks and best practices for governance decisions - Solve problems, give guidance, make tough judgment calls. - Build and own a forward view of all future \'demand\' - by working with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their ongoing requirements & the \'do-ability\' of proposals. - Work with teams to perform assessment of progress of initiatives; proactively identifying potential issues before they appear and reconciling. - Report executive-level progress and status of issues weekly, daily when escalated. - Navigate grey areas of responsibility and make judgment calls on the best path forward. - Support the structuring, validation, and stand up of new business capabilities and initiatives. - Work with department leaders to scope the work, staff the projects, define and manage the budget. - Provide executive updates on key project status, risk mitigation and team performance - Ensure projects are resourced and manage team performance to deliver projects from initiation - Ensure deliverables are understood, cross-functionally aligned, execution and timelines are on track and risks are identified and mitigated - Watch the trigger areas which directly affect the profits to ensure that the profitability is tracked, achieved & maintained Requirements - Bachelors\' degree. MBA would be highly preferred. - Minimum of 6 years\' experience in portfolio, program, and project management required. - Minimum of 2 years\' experience of leading a PMO or a portfolio of complex projects required. - Proven experience within the financial services, Fintech organizations or alternatively, experience with eCommerce industry preferred. - Start-up company experience would be highly desirable. - Proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all levels within the organization - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic resource plan. - Relationship management and demonstrated influencing skills for critical projects in a complex organization. - Proven commitment to stakeholder satisfaction & the highest ethical standards. - Ability to adapt to modification and changes to strategic plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes. - Ability to work strategically and tactically as needed, with relative fluidity, limited direction, and high complexity - Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertain situations, and drive clarity. - Attention to detail and quality; striving for continuous improvements - Client oriented, responsive, and dependable. Highly organized, able to work on multiple projects. - Strong forecasting & analytics skills to produce business-relevant demand insights. - Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment. - Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,800,000.00 per year Schedule:
