Windows:
- Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2012/2016/2019 Enterprise server.
- Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP.
- Knowledge on File servers/DFS.
- Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment.
- Experience on Mcafee Anti-virus.
- Use monitoring tools (such as EVObserve, Dynatrace).
- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to Windows servers, and applications.
- Coordinate hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades.
- Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services.
- Support existing virtual infrastructure.
- Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Upgrade and migrate existing Vmware infra to latest version
- Validate the risk and perform a POA on advisory issued by VMware
- Working experience of bringing-up VMware virtualized setup from bare metal and managing the same
- Good understanding of Unix fundamentals, storage, networking and load balancing
- Knowledge and ideas on how to build infrastructure, support & monitor and bring in efficiency in every possible way.
- Layer 2 and Layer 3-based Networking: In-depth understanding of L2/L3 networking protocols including switching technologies, routing fundamentals, IP subnetting, and Address Management, firewalling, load balancers, Security trust zones, Management Networks, VPN, and network design.
- Ensuring network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions
- Network Virtualization Strongholds:
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting networks in NSX/NSX-T
- Implementing networking and VXLAN technologies
- Monitoring the automation of network deployment and configuration, along with the integration of infrastructure (computer/storage) automation
- Configuring and monitoring network security layer
- Experience supporting enterprise-class monitoring with monitoring tools for network/systems/application monitoring, ability to write custom scripts/plugins for custom monitoring a plus
- Proficient in scripting ESX Server deployments for remote installation and security in a VMware Virtualized Environment
- Ability to interface/support Engineering team during the development/pre-production integration testing
- Strong technical/analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written across all user levels
- Ability to create Standard Operating procedure documents.
- Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
- Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support Azure compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Storage Monitor, snapshot, Azure Storage.
- Managing cloud infrastructure in a production environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure with design and deployment of cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with moving on-premise applications and workloads onto a cloud platform.
- Knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including.
- Azure Cloud Services
- Monitoring cloud-based solution cost
- Single Sign On (SSO)
- Azure AD
- Azure back-up and restore
- Azure Site Recovery
- Deploy and manage Azure resources
- Securing data against unauthorized access
- Backing up data and making it efficient to restore when needed
- Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications
B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / M.C.A. or equivalent degree
