Designation: Institution Manager | Role: Institution Sales ManagerWork Location: Hyderabad (South).Job Objective:- Generating business through existing Institution partners.- Identifying & appointing a new partner for new geographies.- Generate business from new Institution partners - Providing product solutioning basis different requirement from Institution clients for their multiple occasion/purpose- Sales revenue generation through multiple sub-vertical like Schools, colleges, Institution partners/Distributors, Coaching/Training Institute's and from other education institutions. - Sales revenue generation through existing portfolio management - Sales revenue generation through New client acquisition - Sales revenue generation through multiple product category- Managing Account Receivables for the existing portfolio- Identifying & executing the business opportunity available within the allocated region/geography- Reporting daily sales activity & sales operation activity - Align, understand and execute efficiently on yearly, quarterly, monthly & daily revenue target's - Align, understand and execute efficiently on yearly, quarterly, monthly & daily AR target- s :- One should be a solution provider with an inbuilt/acquired skill set of probing, objection handling, rebuttal, negotiation and presentation. - Portfolio Management; efficiently handle & generate revenue from the existing/allocated client portfolio.- New Client Acquisition; achieve increased sales revenue by acquiring new client's across multiple verticals. - Cross-sell & upsell for better revenue generation from existing & new clients across multiple product category.- Responsible for End to End sales process which starts from opportunity sensing, closing the deal & ensuring 100% on Account Receivables.- Acumen on Business Development to expand his portfolio & sales revenue generation- Daily Sales/Activity Reporting on CRM/Excel/Available tool - Responsible for individual sales number target & AR targetEligible Candidature :- Candidate with minimum 1 years of experience in sales & marketing or 1-2 years- experience in B2B sales preferably in Education industry - Candidate with a basic skill set on strategic prospecting, rapport Building on the Call/physical meeting, strong English & regional language communication command, time Management, presentation (both business & self), solutioning, objection handling, negotiation, convincing. - Acumen in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Development- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in PS would be an added advantage- Self-Motivated with excellent interpersonal skills- Should be willing for (extensive) travel. (ref:updazz.com)
