Delegate Sales Manager :Primary role as a Delegate Sales Manager will be to secure senior level delegates for our conference portfolio. You will work with our client to understand the conference and target market, and build the value proposition to successfully drive paid sales. We are looking for an energetic, driven, result oriented sales representative to contribute as a highly motivated Delegate Sales Manager. Delegates attend events in order to bolster their company\'s profile and visibility, therefore it is a Delegate Sales Manager\'s role to engage with clients and make them aware of the benefits of attending a specific conference or event.Core Responsibilities:1. The primary job function is to sell a range of delegate tickets over the telephone or via emails for new business prospects to attend and be involved in events, additionally you must be able:2. To research new leads and follow up existing leads3. To maximize sales time by targeting effectively the correct clients, their role and their companies4. Managing a team of 4-5 sales Executives5. Manage all sales calls with a professional and consistent sales process that integrates the key tenets of successful sales6. A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with 1-2years of experience calling senior level executives7. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.8. A quick learner with intellectual curiosity with the ability to understand different markets and subject matter quickly. (As the events are cross industry and topic based, this is very important)9. Able to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as keep accurate records;10. A go- getter with the ability to work in a very autonomous environment.11. Monitor sales data12. Daily management and maintenance of sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details14. Supporting delegates through the registration process15. To meet or succeed yearly and monthly revenue targets by selling consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.16. To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events17. To ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the departmentBackground Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Necessary:- Have experience in International B2B delegate sales for 1-2+yrs.- Have managed the team- Have an experience of coordinating with international client.- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner- Highly motivated, ambitious and constantly striving for excellence and success- Customer focused and knows how to build and maintain relationships- Self-motivation/drive with a work-ethic based on never giving up.- Results oriented (ref:updazz.com)
