Prosperity Travelz is urgently hiring for WFM/MIS Executive. Experience into Team handling. Good knowledge of MS excel. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Volume forecast and prepare staff schedules accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor KPIs daily and report them to Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping a record of all reports/data of operations and support functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Projection on KPIs and Service Level for the coming week. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and manage the day-to-day shrinkage and schedule adherence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively manage outage scenarios. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leave management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage ad-hoc requirements from Ops and any other functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Discuss daily / weekly performance with stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze situations, identifies the gaps quickly, and take necessary steps to avoid impact on Service Levels. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall understanding of Workforce Management in the BPO Space. \xe2\x80\xa2 High proficiency in MS Excel in terms of Formulas and Pivots and MS Power BI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understands and has knowledge of metrics such as shrinkage, AHT, Occupancy, schedule adherence, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to translate and summarize analytical data findings into actionable recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders across levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures that full support is rendered to all team members in conducting their day-to-day affairs and that all team decisions are supported irrespective of personal agenda. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/ Degree or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel. MS Power BI. \xe2\x80\xa2 4-6 Years\' experience in managing MIS/ WFM Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• US shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
