we are hiring for Websphere Application Server LEAD
Location : Mumbai(Belapur)
Notice Period: Immediate /15 Days
Experience: 6+ Years
Qaulification: BE/Btech/Mtech/ BSC(IT)+MSC(IT) /MCA/ BSC(IT)+MBA(IT)

Mandatory Skills: Websphere application server admin+ Troubleshooting+L3 support/Lead exp

1. Candidate should have good understanding on IHS, Websphere Application server , MQ, and understanding on RDBMS connectivity. 2. Candidate should have understanding on infra components like WAF, load balancer, Proxy, Firewalls, physical hardware, LPAR, storages, etc. 3. Candidate should have worked on setting up and driving new projects/initiatives till completion considering capacity planning. 4. Candidate should have worked on different middlewares like apache, tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic. (good to have) 5. Candidate should have experience on scaling WAS infrastructure ( knowledge of webserver MPM, MaxClient, webcontainer Threads, JDBC pools needed) 6. Candidate should know the concept + implementation knowledge of HA (high availability, session persistence + affinity) 7. Candidate should know how to secure web/App Server ( SSL, Protocol & Cipher filtering configuration) / Worked on VAs remediation. 8. Candidate should have excellent hands on experience of Heap dump/Thread dump analysis. Should be able to troubleshoot issue and pinpoint the problem. 9. Candidate should have worked on any scripting languages, shell, python, etc. 10. Candidate should be able to understand the problem area and provide solution on them. 11. Candidate should be able to integrate third party application which is used by our applications. 12. Candidate should aware about process of migration/up gradations /BAU/ DC-DR switch overs for product like WAS version/ IHS / Weblogic 13. Candidate should have good communications / dialogue skills for client interaction 14. Should have a proven track record for team building and grooming
