About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on having full responsibility for Twitter, Telegram as well as Discord community management
2. Own the high-level community plan for your product or service
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align around strategic objectives
4. Execute tactical community activity from welcoming new members, generating discussion, acting as facilitator, mediating issues, etc.
5. Help design the necessary experiences to enable us to onboard and retain our audiences and strengthen our communities
6. Build, update, execute, and optimize community-building strategy
7. Take full responsibility for community growth, and get new users on board
8. Create a short, mid-and long-term strategy for user engagement and user incantation
9. Work as a first contact point for feature and ideation requests from users, making you partly responsible for correct sourcing and prioritization when it comes to new product features
10. Create real, authentic connections between us and our community members
11. Bring your strong understanding of the Web3 landscape to partner with the most passionate people in the industry

Skills & requirements: Have experience in setting up Discord bots of different levels of complexity.
