About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on having full responsibility for Twitter, Telegram as well as Discord community management
2. Own the high-level community plan for your product or service
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align around strategic objectives
4. Execute tactical community activity from welcoming new members, generating discussion, acting as facilitator, mediating issues, etc.
5. Help design the necessary experiences to enable us to onboard and retain our audiences and strengthen our communities
6. Build, update, execute, and optimize community-building strategy
7. Experience in setting up Discord bots of different levels of complexity
8. Full responsibility over community growth, get new users on board
9. Create a short-, mid-and long-term strategy for user engagement and user incantation
10. Work as a first contact point for feature and ideation requests from users, making you partly responsible for correct sourcing and prioritization when it comes to new product features
11. Create real, authentic connections between us and our community members. There's no blueprint, and we'll do whatever it takes to create the best experiences for them
12. Bring your strong understanding of the Web3 landscape to partner with the most passionate people in the industry
