About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create 2D and 3D generative art using Midjourney, Stable diffusion, Dale, Scenario
2. Generate ideational sketches, quickly communicating visual ideas
3. Create concept art for characters, creatures, environments, and objects to various levels of finish and time constraints
4. Work on the delivery of concepts, consistently meeting production deadlines
5. Collaborate with the team and iterate on concepts and narrative teams

Skills & Requirements:

1. Expertise in 2D and 3D art and animation pipelines
2. Ability to optimize rigs and animations
3. Expert knowledge of 2D and 3D art workflows
4. Deep understanding or ability to learn quickly in 2D and 3D art software such as Photoshop, Blender, Maya, Substance, Houdini, C4D, or equivalent software
5. Demonstrated skill with VFX
6. Ability to create custom shaders
7. Understanding of proper lighting techniques and shader pipelines
8. Experience with Unity and Unreal game engine workflows
9. A portfolio that demonstrates a potential to meet industry standard level of art
10. You have an exceptional understanding of art design and a keen eye for form, shape, structure, lighting, color, composition, detail, and silhouette when developing art
11. Must be autonomous while working on set tasks from the schedule
12. Strong communication skills
13. High degree of self-motivation and initiative
14. Able to work with direction and take constructive feedback
