Expertia AI is incubated at and funded by Entrepreneur First Bangalore with Kanishk Shukla and Akshay as its co-founders. Kanishk was earlier the co-founder of Koovs.com and Akshay has worked as an AI researcher at the computer Science lab at MIT and IBM Research.

About the role

This role is part of the content and social marketing team at Expertia and would be responsible for driving most of the engagement-marketing innovations. The expectation would be to constantly works on building properties across channels (on the website as well) that are meant to build salience as well as stickiness for Expertia. You will also collaborate with the team of developers to understand our product features and offerings for our existing applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation and acquisition for all our channels which could be content in form of video, graphic or text as posts or articles.

Basic Qualifications

• Creative conceptualisation of ideas into content this can be in the form of social posts, blog, news, etc as video content, graphic posts or text
• Experience to maintain content calendars and to ensure all deliveries happen on schedule.
• Good understanding of social media content trends and ability to adapt and create
• Appreciation for business and ability to measure the impact of any creative asset
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Ability to anchor the communication and content + social charter for Expertia
• Write for different verticals like app, social media, emailers, notifications etc
• Ability to understand the brief and deliver within stipulated timelines
• Ideating and coming up with clutter breaking content concepts that can drive engagement and commerce in the platform
• Quality checks on content
• Publishing on the portals

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video and/or digital content creation
• Experience with writing short-form copy for web/app
• Experience developing content as video, graphic or text
• Experience to build robust continuous engagement program on platforms
• Understanding or experience previously with AI & ML products
