Join us as an Executive - Web Content Editor. Gurugram office is an integral part of Macquarie's global service delivery strategy and has strength of 1400 plus people and continues to experience rapid growth and expansion. Corporate Operations Group (COG) provides specialist professional services, human resources, workplace infrastructure, and technology and market operations to Macquarie's businesses. The primary purpose of COG is to support and enhance the value of Macquarie through the creation of an efficient, scalable operating model. As a Web content editor, you will be responsible for capturing, creating, developing, maintaining, sharing, and publishing content on Macquarie's intranet - Macnet. You are also expected to enable knowledge sharing and organizational learning through effective online content strategy and management. In this role, you will be editing and updating online content using our content management system - SharePoint Online and support of online analytics and monitoring activities. You will provide stakeholder guidance for best practice online content creation and content management and facilitate SharePoint training for Macnet sites. In addition to this, you will receive requests via JIRA Service Desk and assist clients in account setup/use. To be successful in this role you'll bring the following experience and technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills having an understanding of documentation and content development process, procedures, and standards is an advantage. Outstanding customer service capabilities Strong research and planning skills with sound decision making abilities Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Visio, SharePoint Designer, Stream, etc.) and in online technologies such as content management systems, such as Confluence is an advantage. Content management best practice knowledge will be highly regarded.
