Global Finance & Business Management (\xe2\x80\x9cGF&BM\xe2\x80\x9d) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan\'s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm\'s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm\'s capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main \xe2\x80\x9cpillars\xe2\x80\x9d of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The current opening is within Data, Analytics & Modeling in Mumbai which forms part of the AWM LOB within GF&BM India.

About the Team

The role will be a member of the Data, Analytics and Modeling team in Mumbai. It will be aligned with the Investment & Research Team within Wealth Management Investment Solutions. The Investment and Research team has the overall responsibility for enhancing investment process and coordinating investment research efforts to gain greater efficiency across Investments platform, while fostering integrated Governance environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performance tracking and investment due diligence of portfolios
• Improving data accuracy used for investment oversight of third party and internal wealth management products
• Assisting with/creating investment oversight process materials and providing operational support to oversight committee leads
• Ensuring appropriate levels of documentation exist to evidence the investment oversight process
• Responsible for maintaining data consistencies across different oversight committees
• Reviewing governance materials and documenting review committee takeaways with proactive follow ups on action items.

Qualifications:

• 4~7 years of industry experience, preferably in asset management
• CFA or MBA preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to thrive on a global team
• Working knowledge of fund of funds business and a variety of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, structured products, etc.
• Proficiency with data analysis, inclusive of experience with Python or SQL
• Proven ability to parse complex tasks and juggle priorities in a highly dynamic professional environment with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision. Superior time management and ability to prioritize a heavy workload
