In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications, US:

Job Expectations:
  • Subject Matter Expert in Power BI, Tableau, MSTR, and SQL Server/Report Builder. Provide support in the design, production and delivery of Monthly Corporate Risk Dashboards, Staffing & Location Reporting, Standardized Risk Area Reporting Packages, and other ad-hoc requests from Senior Leaders or Risk Areas to fulfill additional regulatory and enterprise requirements such as board reporting, staffing adequacy, return to office planning and execution.

  • Support the Business Data Analytics and Reporting Leader to improve data quality and efficiency and streamline existing headcount and staffing pipeline related reporting processes and infrastructure to deliver action-oriented and forward-looking reporting to Corporate Risk Leadership and various Risk Area Strategy Planning & Governance Teams.

  • Play a key role in development and implementation (build, enhancements, testing, data quality, etc.) of technology solutions (such as the Resource Tracking System SharePoint and Corp Risk Workforce Data Warehouse) that will support and facilitate the Business Management Shared Services Hub & Spoke Model across Corporate Risk.

  • Centralized resource for reporting; key contact for receiving, managing, and reconciling multiple data sources (HR Rosters, Attrition, Displacements, Recruiting, Movements, etc.) to create historic and projected headcount statistics.

  • Create & maintain documentation on data sources & terminology used, repeatable dashboards, etc. so we can continue to drive consistency across Risk.

About this role

The Analytics & Reporting Consultant will support the Risk Business Planning & Operations team within the Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance team. The candidate will create, analyze, and execute various reporting activities involving data mining from multiple sources, data modeling, and report design. The candidate will also be tasked to help drive a standardized, consistent method for reporting for each Risk Area and across the Risk Business Planning & Operations team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Subject Matter Expert in Power BI, Tableau, MSTR, and SQL Server/Report Builder. Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or data modeling
  • Working knowledge of Power BI Desktop creating tables, matrices, graphs, drill downs, drill throughs, tooltips, and KPIs. Database administration and security expertise/experience
