Purpose:

\xc2\xb7 This role is Responsible for the Operations Management of all the Distribution Centers (DCs) under the J&J Enterprise Distribution Network for West region for Pharma. This includes the functional processes of receiving (Inbound) and storage of incoming material and picking, packing, invoicing & distribution of material as per the Customer Orders received.

\xc2\xb7 This Role handles all DELIVER related operations Pan India Operations.

This role will require collaboration with other members of the Supply chain, Commercial Quality and customer support teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Leads all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations with support of 3PL team of different warehouses of Pharma

\xc2\xb7 Ensures EHS, QA and RA Compliance at all sites

\xc2\xb7 Build annual budget for secondary transportation and track actual expenses against the same.

\xc2\xb7 Support Network Projects for the West region

\xc2\xb7 Reviews and approves invoices for service on company equipment and general warehouse upkeep including AC, electrical repairs, basic carpentry, painting and other needed maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Supply chain event management in alignment with sales team, Regulatory, legal, QA, Plan and EM/Make teams

\xc2\xb7 Attending to various audits and its requirement towards closure.

\xc2\xb7 Governance through established Key Performance indicators

\xc2\xb7 Deliver the timely, on budget CIP for W&D team with support of Regional leads and Transportation lead:

\xc2\xb7 Metrics and analytics deployment for W&D team in line with SRM (Supplier relationship management) & Other Regional metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Single point of contact for Regional Projects and its deployment for the entire W&D vertical in alignment with Regional W&D RDEX (5S, QE2, JJOS, LEAN, SIX-Sigma)

\xc2\xb7 Attend Regional W&D sessions (RDEX, RDO forums) and Incorporate standard methodologies and lessons learned from other APAC markets

\xc2\xb7 Work with Finance team on SOX compliance centrally

• Work with QA, Tax team, Legal and Regulatory team on deployment of SOPs centrally

Qualifications

Experience:

\xc2\xb7 2+ years related experience.

\xc2\xb7 MBA from outstanding B-school preferred along with a requisite 3-4 year college degree (Business, engineering or related field). CSCP, APICS certifications preferred
