Documentation Distribution Specialist - Maintenance Documentation How to contribute to our vision As a Documentation Distribution Specialist you manage the operational activity of the database of the Maintenance Documentation Distribution System. Your main responsibilities will be: Improve the current database features according to the user\'s requests/needs. Improve and clean-up the documentation metadata. Support the users to find the needed information. Integrate new content in the database. Create and maintain the guidelines and procedures that guarantee the quality and proper use of the database. Distribute the Maintenance Documentation to the SGRE Customers. Support in the implementation and deployment of the new SGRE Maintenance Documentation Distribution Platform. What you need to make a difference In order to succeed in this position: You have an Engineering Degree or IT Degree. You will need experience in managing technical documentation. You are IT minded and focus on working smarter, not harder, automating the processes and tools as much as possible. Experience in automation tools will be highly appreciated. You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially in SharePoint. Experience in ShareGate will be highly appreciated. You are proficient in PLM systems, especially in Teamcenter. Experience in Windchill will be appreciated. You are good at communicating and have excellent English skills both orally and in writing. It would be an advantage to: Be proactive in your work and approach to assignments. Work independently as well as contributing to teamwork. Be hard working and have a proven track record of keeping your deadlines. Be outgoing and able to network with colleagues across an international company. Be eager to learn about new processes, tools and systems.
