The position / About the Job:

In this job the Warehouse Assistant would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Booking of transport of standard orders, documents, manuals etc.
• Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with receiving country\xe2\x80\x99s demand.
• Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with Letter of Credit.
• Following up on shipments according to Incoterms.
• Invoicing of standard orders.
• Booking of FCA shipments ad-hoc (import and domestic).
• Approval of freight invoices and filing of documents.

What you can be?

• Good English both oral and written.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications & experience

2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Shipping and Supply Chain Management. Proficient in MS-Office, EXCELL, and ERP systems from the engineering industry
