Job Description
Designation : Warehouse Associate cum Field Executive Job Location : Navi Peth, Pune Education : HSC or Diploma Passout. Experience : 6 Months to 1 Year Gender : Male Roles and Responsibilities: You will be involved in and expected to:
- Perform loading, unloading activities.
- Receive, count and stock items.
- Ensure the parts are stored safety in the warehouse and remain in good condition.
- Prepare packing of Local / Out of City shipments items for dispatch.
- Counting of warehouse inventories.
- Academically, you have an HSC or Diploma Pass out with minimum 6 Months working experience.
- You need to be presentable and not afraid of trying new things.
- Should have own two wheeler along with Valid Driving License and ready for field pickup & Delivery Tasks.
- You are an individual rock star performer and not a team player.
- You feel that your job is done after you assign a prospect for LOI.
- You do not enjoy continuous feedback and learning.
- You feel like a victim while facing a challenge.
- You blame others instead of seeking help to get the job done when it matters.
- You are afraid to discuss challenges at work with your senior.
- You feel daily standups, weekly reviews and course correction are too much pressure.
- If you feel 9 to 5 job will make you happy.
