Opportunity to lead the operations for a major player in the co-working space|Opportunity to work closely with the national leadership in managing operations About Our Client The client is one of the biggest co-working spaces in India at the moment. They have been growing exponentially and have been increasing their footprint across multiple states - providing working space solutions to individuals and corporates alike. Lead the South Indian operations for the organisation and be the point of contact between the regional operations team and the national leadership Participate in devising the strategy for the organisation on a short-term and long-term basis Managing the operational efficiency in terms of budgets and manpower for the organisation Ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue generation and client retention form a key component of the role This position will be responsible for leading the team of community managers who will be managing operations for respective cities Working closely with the senior leadership in helping grow a cohesive team for the business The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate should be an MBA with atleast 12 years of experience in managing operations of multiple units S/he should have an experience of managing multiple units, preferable across multiple regions as well The candidate should have an experience of team development and team management as well S/he should also have an experience of leading sales, either B2B or B2C Candidates with retail and hospitality experience will be preferred for the role S/he should have an experience of managing units in metro cities also What\'s on Offer The candidate will get a chance to work with one of the fastest growing organisations in India at the moment and lead the operations for the South Indian market.
