• Monitor & track business health through a team for developing growth plans

Our client is a captive or KPO of a leading consulting organization supporting global partners to provide a progressive, scalable, and customized approach to business requirements. They work and contribute in some of the most complex and demanding projects across sectors and are known for excellence.

• Leadership support - Independently drive analysis and reporting around business metrics and KPIs to aid decision making
• Partner with leads to understand key business asks/gather requirements and act as a solution provider
• Understand highly nuanced, complex problems related to business operations, and stitch together solutions touching multiple processes within the team
• Build robust understanding of all processes within the team, and develop into an SME on them, including but not limited to dashboarding, customized reporting, and compliance
• Drive, lead, and manage overall key processes within the business operations team - incl. but not limited to KPI reporting, contractual compliance, and TA validation process
• Collaborate with business teams and resolve their queries around all business operations related aspect

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from accredited University or MBA from reputed institute
• Around 12 years of relevant experience either in Big 4's or similar service organisations
• Entrepreneurial outlook / self-starter attitude to independently own and drive solutions
• Hands-on approach - ability to zoom-in during critical situations and zoom-out when required
• Ability to think beyond the obvious and act as a consultant to the business and leadership
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities

What's on Offer

Opportunity to track and monitor the daily operations of a large BU (1000+ members) within this KPO, thereby working closely with the leadership team to develop effective strategies to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency. This person will be leading a small team and while leading them from the front to develop best practices to improve the business health of the BU.
